TV CONFIDENTIAL Moves to Fridays starting Feb. 26 with a program marking the 50th anniversary of the death of George Reeves

Friday, February 19th, 2010

One of Hollywood’s great unsolved mysteries will be explored on the night of Feb. 26 when TV CONFIDENTIAL moves to its new night and time, Fridays 7pm ET and PT, here on Share-a-Vision Radio, KSAV.org.

Join us as we probe the circumstances surrounding the demise of George Reeves, the actor best known among Baby Boomers for his starring role in The Adventures of Superman. Though widely reported as a suicide, many questions regarding Reeves’ death in the early morning hours of June 16, 1959 have remained unanswered in the minds of many for more than 50 years. Our guests this week will include Jan Alan Henderson, author of Speeding Bullet: The Life and Bizarre Death of George Reeves, and television historian and Reeves authority Bruce Dettman (Glass House Presents, The Adventures Continue).

Bob Hoy passes away

Tuesday, February 9th, 2010

As you all may know, Kent and I worked with and loved our dear friend, actor/stuntman Bob Hoy for many years. Kent has known Bob Hoy for fifty years. I have known him for 43 years.

Our love and admiration for Bob is hard to put into words.

Monday morning, February 8th, at approximately 5:30 a.m., Bob lost his courageous battle with lung cancer. His loving wife Kiva was with him as she always was. I thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers on behalf of Bob and Kiva. Bob was a great friend and the best stuntman that ever rode the range. He will be alive in our hearts forever.

May God bless his soul
