Hollywood’s Most Influential Woman, The Most Interesting Man in the World, plus The Genius of Tim Conway: Next on TVC

Donelle Dadigan, founder and president of The Hollywood Museum, and Emmy Award-winning writer/producer Geoffrey Mark will join us this weekend on TV CONFIDENTIAL, Friday at 7pm ET and PT on Share-a-Vision Radio, KSAV.org.

Donelle Dadigan, founder and president of The Hollywood Museum, will join us this week for a look at some of the many exhibits that will be on display this summer, including Remembering Lucy, the Six Million Dollar Man/Bionic Woman exhibit, the fabulous tribute to the six actress who have played The Catwoman, plus two more exhibits that will become open to the people in June. We will also play more highlights of our special coverage of recent events from the floor of The Hollywood Museum, plus a few other surprises.

Also a member of the California Film Commission, as well as the chair of both the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Hollywood Historic Trust, Donelle Dadigan is also considered Hollywood’s most influential woman. We’ll learn why when she joins us in our second hour.

Our first hour will include an encore presentation of our conversation with Jonathan Goldsmith, the prolific film and television actor with more than five hundred screen credits under his belt, including Hang ‘em High, The Shootist, Go Tell the Spartans, Ice Station Zebra, Gunsmoke, The Fugitive, The FBI, The Rockford Files, T.J. Hooker, Dallas, and Magnum, p.i. Without question, however, Jonathan is best known as The Most Interesting Man in the World, the character he played in a wildly popular ad campaign for Dos Equis beer that not only increased national sales Dos Equis beer by 15 percent, but made Jonathan the idol of young and old consumers alike, including such high-profile fans as Michael Jordan, Leonardo diCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, and President Barack Obama.

The Most Interesting Man in the World character not only catapulted Jonathan from obscurity, but came to him at a time and place in his life when he needed it the most. We’ll talk about that, and more, when Jonathan Goldsmith joins us in our first hour.

Also this week: Emmy Award-winning and Grammy Award-nominated writer, producer, performer, author, music and TV historian, and showbiz raconteur Geoffrey Mark will join us during our first hour for a remembrance of Tim Conway, the beloved star of McHale’s Navy and The Carol Burnett Show who passed away on Tuesday, May 14. Geoff not only knew Conway personally, but has insight into Conway’s unique improvisational genius.
